I'm a Japanese native, living in the US for over 26 years. I have an extensive experience in different industries (business trade, pharmaceutical, semiconductor robotics manufacturing, financial institutions, and Information Technologies), with leadership in operational excellence, team management, and coaching.

I have degrees in English Literature (BA), TESOL (MA - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and MBA (Master of Business Administration) as well as multiple professional certificates such as LSSGB (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).

The most recent and unique methods I learned are Gold Vision and Feed Forward by Mr.Kazuyoshi Hisano. I am an authorized Gold Vision trainer and a certified Feed Forward Instructor.  

I am the first and only certified Feed Forward Instructor in the US and worldwide, outside of Japan.
